Build a sample approval sheet before testing
A useful sample review starts with the agreed specification. Record the model, voltage, plug, rough-in, water inlet, flushing setup, function package, remote control, seat material and included accessories. This prevents the team from approving an attractive sample that does not match the commercial quotation.
Review installation conditions first
Check the outlet position, inlet location, power-cord length and access for maintenance. Confirm that the product can be installed using the normal tools and fittings available in the destination market. Installation instructions should match the supplied configuration and clearly identify required clearances.

Test the complete user experience
Run repeated cycles for flushing, rear wash, front wash, water-temperature adjustment, heated seat, warm-air drying, deodorization, night light and automatic functions where included. Evaluate control response, noise, spray position and the clarity of icons. Test both normal operation and recovery after water or power interruption.
Look beyond the feature list
Open the service areas that are intended to be accessible. Review connector layout, hose routing, replaceable components and diagnostic guidance. Ask which parts are recommended for initial service stock and how component versions will be controlled during repeat orders.
Freeze the approved configuration
Photograph the sample, record software and hardware details, list approved packaging and sign off any remaining changes. The final approval record should become the reference for production inspection, carton artwork and shipment documents.
