Treat packaging as part of the product

The export carton carries the brand through transport, warehouse handling and delivery. Its dimensions, board strength, protective structure, marks and printed information should be reviewed with the same discipline as the toilet specification.

Prepare a complete artwork brief

Provide approved logos, colors, model names, company details, barcodes and required handling marks in usable file formats. Identify which information changes by country or model. Avoid approving artwork from screenshots when production files are available.

Align every printed item

The carton, rating label, product mark, instruction manual, warranty card and accessory list should use the same model reference and configuration. For smart products, electrical information must match the actual voltage, frequency and plug supplied.

Check the physical packing sample

A digital layout cannot confirm print scale, label position or whether accessories move during transport. Review a packed sample or detailed packing photos before mass production. Confirm carton closure, lifting points and visibility of the main shipping marks.

Keep an approval archive

Store dated versions of artwork, manuals and labels alongside the approved product specification. This reduces errors when repeat orders, new languages or distributor details are introduced later.
